What SC² does, and what stays with other professionals.

SC² CAN SUPPORT
  • Owner-side administrative liaison and property access logistics
  • Vendor research, scheduling, communications and nontechnical service-quality follow-up
  • Operational consulting, SOPs, RFP administration and reporting
  • Client-approved order tracking, delivery logistics and arrival readiness
  • A documented handover or Operating Playbook when included in the proposal
SC² DOES NOT PROVIDE
  • Construction management, home-improvement supervision, repairs or licensed trade work
  • Real estate brokerage, tenant placement, leasing negotiations or rent collection
  • Interior design, decorating, technical inspections or code certifications
  • Purchases, invoices or vendor payments made on the client’s behalf
  • Employee recruitment, legal, tax, insurance or regulated professional advice

Independent service providers contract with, invoice and are paid by the client directly. SC² follows up on agreed nontechnical service standards, maintains checklists and communications, and escalates issues to the provider or client when needed; providers remain responsible for performing and correcting their own work. SC² does not provide technical inspection, certification or a guarantee of vendor work. Your proposal defines scope, availability, fees and exclusions.
